What To Do With The "Mommy Time"

How To Deal With The Dreadful Nausea

From the time we find out we are pregnant we are thrown with advice on how to care and nurture for our baby. There are certain guidelines to ensure the baby is properly nourished. Breastfeeding is typically mentioned as well but we soon move on to jarred baby food. Now we are off to the races.
My question is do we know what we are feeding our babies when we by the baby food? Baby food was not developed until the 1920's so we always have to wonder what did the babies eat before this period? They ate what the adults ate just in smaller portions and grounded up. When we buy these jar foods we are putting our children's health in the hands of unknown people mass producing with many additives and preservatives included.
The solution to this is Breastfeed as long as you can. This is natural food for the baby to develop the way they should. It was manufactured from your body which the baby came from.
Once baby is old enough to start eating solids, stick to fresh vegetables and fruits for them continue getting natural nourishment. Ground the food up to a consistency they can digest based on age. One last tip for you all is to be careful with feeding your young babies/toodlers meats. Meats take a long time to digest and can be no fun for the youth when it is breaking down in their system. Turkey causes lots of gas so if you do feed meat to your child just make sure certain meats are spaced out to help them better digest and less gas. Make sure to start your baby on a healthy journey and keep them on a healthy journey.
